We have been learning how to count objects in two groups to find the total amount.
Using household items such as toys, socks, food items, place items into two groups, allow your child to count both groups of objects to work out how many there are altogether. Begin with numbers under 5 to begin with, then up to 10 if your child is able to. Continue this activity in different ways to find different amounts.
Please use the link to a counting song to support your child's learning.
