Independent Learning Time
During Independent Learning Time, Dragonfly children have been busy settling into school life and exploring all the exciting areas of our learning environment. Through play and exploration, they are developing confidence, independence, and curiosity as they learn to make choices about where and how they play.
The children have enjoyed investigating different areas of provision — from the creative corner and construction area to the role-play area, reading area, and outdoors. They have been building friendships, practising turn-taking, and using language to share ideas and solve problems together.
This valuable time encourages children to follow their own interests, develop independence, and build the foundations for future learning — all while having fun and feeling part of our happy classroom community.
