Mental Health Day
Everyone wore a splash of yellow for our Hello Yellow day. Our Wellbeing Champions arranged fun activities to boost happiness and mental health awareness
Writing Enrichment Day
We turned our school into the studios Springhead Radio Station for our enrichment day and the children became scriptwriters and radio presenters for the day. Each class was challenged to create their own imaginative radio script, inspired by creative hooks for learning.
Halloween Tuck Shop
The School Council hosted a spooktacular Halloween Tuck Shop!
Halloween Disco
A frightfully good evening was had by all at out Halloween Disco!
Year 2 visit George Street Chapel
Owls and Starlings classes enjoyed their trip to George Street Chapel, learning about what life was life for Victorian children.
World Kindness Day
The children took part in fun and thoughtful activities, sharing stories and writing kind messages.
EYFS Elmer Day
The children in Reception explored the book Elmer and celebrated what makes each of us special and unique.
Well done Mrs Fish!
Mrs Fish completed the Yorkshire Marathon in 4 hours and 57 minutes. She raised an incredible £1,407 for our school!

A Magical Visit to School
We had some very special guests visit school - a few of Santa's elves and two of his friendly reindeer - Biscuit and Tink! The children loved every minute!

Our Choir were lucky enough to be invited to sing at the Springhead Christmas light switch on. They sang beautifully and even had a special visit from Santa.
